Soul work
Everything that is described on this page is based in particular on my personal experience. Some things may be confusing for you - that's okay! That's how I felt at first as well.
What exactly does it mean when I talk about "soul work"?
First, I will have a conversation with you. In this you explain your concerns. Apart from the coaching, a conversation usually lasts about 15 minutes.
Then I go into silence. This means I close my eyes and come to rest. I now switch on my soul with a command to work. To see what my soul is doing, I swing myself up to the soul level.
When I arrive at the soul level, I receive information from my soul. These can be words, objects or symbols. I now need to put this information into context. This can be quite special under certain circumstances, as all the information can come at once or nothing happens for a long time.
With these insights, I see the reason for your dilemma. Or in other words: the cause of your trauma.
Only absolute truth exists on this level. No woulda, coulda, woulda, shoulda or maybe. Only what happened is shown. For this reason, you cannot lie to me. I see what is and what was, regardless of your words!

We are not a product of the environment, but the environment is a product of our thoughts.
This saying has haunted me all my life. As a born optimist, I always found it easy to think positively, no matter how big the last defeat was. There was a time in my life when, filled with dangerous half-knowledge, I even taught this phrase.
I was so wrong. Today, decades later, I have come to the following realization: The direction of your life is not primarily determined by you, no matter how positive you think. Your soul is the top dog and determines your path in life.
Your soul chooses your parents and determines your life plan, i.e. the general direction, before you are born. It determines your gifts, talents, appearance and character.
Over the years, this cocktail is joined by your upbringing, education, beliefs, habits, experiences and what you have been given as inherited burdens. These unwanted gifts are from your ancestral lineage or from other incarnations. And voila – the result is you.
Your soul follows the course of your life and corrects it if necessary
The life plan is so important for the soul because it wants to gain knowledge in all possible areas of life. When you incarnate, your soul defines a life plan. This contains the experiences it would like to have in this incarnation. Sometimes she is a perpetrator, sometimes a victim; sometimes a man, sometimes a woman; sometimes poor, sometimes rich, etc.
If you want to escape from this life plan, because at the end of the day you have the freedom to decide, she tries to nudge you back on track. In the beginning, she does this gently in the form of thoughts, ideas or impulses that you receive from her.
If you don’t recognize it and don’t pursue it, it will become more robust and make you ill. In your sickbed, it then sends you thoughts, ideas and impulses again. These can be all kinds of things that are intended to lead you away from your chosen path and back on track with your life plan. If you don’t follow this up again, the next escalation stage is ignited and you have an accident. If you survive these accidents and still haven’t understood anything, your soul will become ill. And you with it. It starts with chronic illnesses, through serious illnesses to premature death.

In the flow, there are no more wear-and-tear battles, no matter what area of life is involved. Everything comes easily to you, you seem to succeed at everything. Are there happy people? But yes, why don’t we recognize them?
In the flow, we have no money, health or love problems. Maybe it’s not millions that pile up in your bank account, but what’s the point? Wanting and getting is the greatest illusion. Nothing is more exhausting and frustrating than constantly chasing after the carrot that is being held out to you. People who are in flow shine from within. And those who shine from within don’t need the spotlight.
Some recognize their mess and desolate situation. First they try to treat themselves with the help of books. This is a good step in the right direction. There are many good books on the market that can help you. However, very few people are able to treat themselves. Most people then buy another book and another book. In the end, they are well-read and have acquired a master’s degree in theory, but have not gained any insight. Only “Knowledge without action is a fiction. Knowledge with action is always followed by a reaction” .
